Shannon Messenger is an American author best known for her New York Times and USA Today bestselling Keeper of the Lost Cities series. She has also written the Sky Fall series and the standalone novel Let the Sky Fall. Shannon has been writing since she was a child and has always had a passion for creating stories. She has a degree in screenwriting from Loyola Marymount University and has worked in film and television development. Shannon lives in Southern California with her husband and their adorable pup.
