Sui Ishida
Sui Ishida is a Japanese manga artist best known for creating the dark fantasy manga series Tokyo Ghoul. Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1979, Ishida began his career as a manga artist in 2001 with the one-shot manga "Kare no Shousou to Koi no Hajimari" (His Sudden Emotions and the Start of Love). He then went on to create the manga series Tokyo Ghoul, which was serialized in Weekly Young Jump from 2011 to 2014. The series was adapted into an anime series in 2014 and has since spawned several spin-off manga series, light novels, and video games. Ishida has also created other manga series such as Tokyo Ghoul:re, Tokyo Ghoul: Jack, and Tokyo Ghoul:re Birth. His works are known for their dark themes, complex characters, and intricate artwork. Ishida is a master of horror and suspense, and his works have been praised for their unique and captivating storytelling.
