Ladybird

A ladybird is a small, round beetle with a bright red or orange shell and black spots. It is also known as a ladybug or lady beetle. Ladybirds are found all over the world and are considered a beneficial insect because they feed on aphids and other pests that damage crops. They have a short life cycle, usually living for only one year. Ladybirds are popular with gardeners and farmers because they help to keep pests under control. They are also popular with children, who often collect them and keep them as pets. Ladybirds are harmless to humans and can be handled without fear of being bitten or stung. They are a symbol of good luck in many cultures and are often seen as a sign of good fortune.
