Kentaro Miura
Kentaro Miura is a Japanese manga artist and writer best known for his long-running dark fantasy series Berserk. Born in Chiba Prefecture, Japan in 1966, Miura began drawing at a young age and was inspired by the works of Osamu Tezuka, Go Nagai, and Kazuo Koike. He debuted as a professional manga artist in 1986 with the publication of his first work, "Miuranger".
Miura's most famous work, Berserk, began serialization in 1989 and has since become one of the most popular and influential manga series of all time. The series follows the story of Guts, a lone mercenary who embarks on a quest for revenge against the powerful forces that have wronged him.
