Yoram Hazony is an Israeli-American philosopher, author, and political theorist. He is the founder and president of the Herzl Institute in Jerusalem, and the author of several books, including The Virtue of Nationalism and The Philosophy of Hebrew Scripture. Hazony is a leading advocate of the idea of nationalism, and has argued that it is the only way to ensure the survival of the nation-state.
