Chris Bickerton is a British political scientist and academic. He is currently a professor of European Politics at the University of Cambridge and a Fellow of Peterhouse College. He is the author of several books, including The European Union: A Citizen's Guide and The European Union: A Very Short Introduction. His research focuses on the politics of the European Union, the history of European integration, and the politics of the Eurozone. He has written for a variety of publications, including The Guardian, The Financial Times, and The New York Times. He is a frequent commentator on European politics and has appeared on BBC News, Sky News, and other media outlets.
