David Graeber
David Graeber (1961-2020) was an American anthropologist, anarchist activist, and author. He was a professor of anthropology at the London School of Economics and a leading figure in the Occupy Wall Street movement. He wrote extensively on topics such as anarchism, direct action, debt, and the origins of economic systems. His books include Debt: The First 5,000 Years, The Utopia of Rules, and Bullshit Jobs: A Theory. He was a vocal critic of capitalism and the neoliberal economic system, and his work has been influential in the development of the anti-capitalist movement. He was also a passionate advocate for Indigenous rights and environmental justice. His legacy will continue to inspire generations of activists and scholars.
