Rob Reich
Rob Reich is an American political scientist and professor at Stanford University. He is a leading expert on philanthropy, nonprofit organizations, and public policy. Reich has written extensively on the role of philanthropy in society, the history of philanthropy, and the ethical implications of philanthropy. He is the author of several books, including Just Giving: Why Philanthropy is Failing Democracy and How It Can Do Better and Civic Engagement in American Democracy. Reich is a frequent speaker at conferences and universities around the world, and his research has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post. He is a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and the National Academy of Sciences.
