Jenny Odell
Jenny Odell is an artist, writer, and educator based in Oakland, California. She is best known for her work exploring the relationship between humans and the natural world, as well as the ways in which technology shapes our lives. Odell's work has been exhibited in galleries and museums around the world, including the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the Whitney Museum of American Art, and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles. She is the author of the book How to Do Nothing: Resisting the Attention Economy, which was a New York Times bestseller. Odell is also an adjunct professor at Stanford University, where she teaches courses on art and technology.
