Kim Ghattas

Kim Ghattas is a Lebanese-American journalist, author, and foreign policy analyst. She is the author of the critically acclaimed book, The Secretary: A Journey with Hillary Clinton from Beirut to the Heart of American Power. Ghattas has worked as a foreign correspondent for the BBC and NPR, covering the Middle East and the United States. She has reported from more than 30 countries, including Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, and the United States. Ghattas is a frequent commentator on foreign policy and the Middle East, appearing on CNN, MSNBC, and other networks. She is currently a senior fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
