Mac Barnett
Mac Barnett is an American author and illustrator of children's books. He is best known for his picture books such as Extra Yarn, The Wolf, the Duck, and the Mouse, and Triangle. Barnett has won numerous awards for his work, including two Caldecott Honors, a Newbery Honor, and the E.B. White Read Aloud Award. He is also the co-founder of the innovative children's publishing house, Macmillan's Square Fish. Barnett is passionate about inspiring children to read and write, and he often speaks at schools and libraries around the world. He lives in Berkeley, California with his wife and two children.
