Jo Nesbo is a Norwegian author and musician. He is best known for his crime fiction novels, which have sold over 40 million copies worldwide. He is the author of the Harry Hole series, which has been adapted into several films and television series. Nesbo has also written several stand-alone novels, including The Son, The Leopard, and The Thirst. He is a former economist and stockbroker, and has also been a member of the Norwegian rock band Di Derre. Nesbo is a passionate advocate for human rights and has been involved in several charitable causes. He currently lives in Oslo, Norway with his family.
