Ruth Ware is a British author of psychological thrillers and suspense novels. She is best known for her debut novel, In a Dark, Dark Wood, which was an international bestseller and has been translated into over 30 languages. Her other works include The Woman in Cabin 10, The Lying Game, The Death of Mrs. Westaway, and One by One. Ware's books have been praised for their gripping suspense and complex characters. She has been nominated for numerous awards, including the CWA Steel Dagger Award and the Edgar Award for Best Novel. Ware is also a regular contributor to the Guardian and the Sunday Times. She currently lives in Sussex with her family.
