Imani Perry

Imani Perry is an American author, professor, and public speaker. She is a professor of African American Studies at Princeton University and the author of several books, including Looking for Lorraine: The Radiant and Radical Life of Lorraine Hansberry and More Beautiful and More Terrible: The Embrace and Transcendence of Racial Inequality in the United States. Perry is a leading voice in the Black Lives Matter movement and has written extensively on race, gender, and class in the United States.
