JJ Bola
JJ Bola is a British author, poet, and spoken word artist. He is best known for his debut novel, No Place to Call Home, which was shortlisted for the 2020 Jhalak Prize. His work has been featured in publications such as The Guardian, The Independent, and The Huffington Post. He has also performed at venues such as the Southbank Centre, the Roundhouse, and the Barbican. His poetry and spoken word performances explore themes of identity, belonging, and displacement. He is passionate about using his art to create a platform for marginalised voices and to challenge the status quo. He is currently working on his second novel.
