Yun Ko-Eun
Yun Ko-Eun is a South Korean writer and poet. She was born in Seoul in 1971 and graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Korean Literature. She is best known for her short stories and novels, which often explore themes of identity, gender, and family. Her works have been translated into English, French, German, and Japanese. She has won numerous awards, including the Yi Sang Literary Award, the Dong-in Literary Award, and the Manhae Literary Award. She is also a professor at Seoul National University and a member of the Korean Writers Association. Her writing has been praised for its lyrical beauty and its ability to capture the complexities of human relationships.
