Ayesha Harruna Attah

Ayesha Harruna Attah is a Ghanaian author and journalist. She is the author of the critically acclaimed novel, The Hundred Wells of Salaga, which won the 2020 International Dublin Literary Award. She is also the founder of the Farafina Trust, a non-profit organization that supports African writers and storytellers. Attah has written for The Guardian, The New York Times, and The Washington Post, among other publications. She is a recipient of the 2018 Miles Morland Writing Scholarship and the 2019 Etisalat Prize for Literature. Attah is passionate about amplifying African voices and stories, and her work has been featured in the BBC, NPR, and TEDx.
