Sandi Mann
Sandi Mann is a British psychologist and author. She is the Director of the Mind Training Clinic in Manchester, UK, and a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Central Lancashire. She is the author of several books on psychology, including The Upside of Downtime, The Science of Boredom, and The Psychology of Boredom. She has also written for The Guardian, The Times, The Independent, and The Huffington Post. Sandi is a regular speaker at conferences and events, and has appeared on BBC Radio 4 and Sky News. She is passionate about helping people to understand and manage their emotions, and to make the most of their lives.
