T. Colin Campbell

T. Colin Campbell is an American biochemist and nutrition researcher. He is best known for his work on the China-Cornell-Oxford Project, which studied the relationship between diet and disease. He is the Jacob Gould Schurman Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University and the founding director of the Cornell-China-Oxford Project on Nutrition, Health and Environment. He is also the author of the bestselling book The China Study, which has been translated into over 40 languages.
