Robin Wasserman is an American author and television writer. She is best known for her young adult fiction series, the Skinned trilogy, and her work on the television series Gossip Girl. Wasserman was born in New York City and attended Harvard University, where she graduated with a degree in English and American Literature. She has written several novels, including The Book of Blood and Chocolate, Hacking Harvard, and Girls on Fire. Wasserman has also written for television, including for the series Gossip Girl, Copper, and The Secret Circle. She currently lives in Los Angeles, where she continues to write and develop new projects.
