F Scott Fitzgerald
F Scott Fitzgerald (1896-1940) was an American novelist and short story writer. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest writers of the 20th century. His most famous works include The Great Gatsby, Tender Is the Night, and The Beautiful and Damned. Fitzgerald was born in St. Paul, Minnesota, and attended Princeton University. He was a member of the “Lost Generation” of the 1920s, and his writing often explored the themes of youth, wealth, and disillusionment. Fitzgerald was married to Zelda Sayre, and the couple had one daughter. He died in 1940 at the age of 44, leaving behind a legacy of literary genius.
