Kevin Cowherd is an American journalist and author. He is best known for his work as a sports columnist for The Baltimore Sun, where he wrote for over 20 years. He is also the author of several books, including The Fathers' Book of Wisdom and The Last Best League. Cowherd is a graduate of the University of Maryland and has been honored with numerous awards for his writing, including the National Headliner Award and the Associated Press Sports Editors Award.
