Adam Kay is a British comedian, writer, and musician. He is best known for his work as a writer and performer on BBC Radio 4's satirical comedy show The Now Show, and for his best-selling book This Is Going to Hurt: Secret Diaries of a Junior Doctor. Kay began his career as a medical doctor, but left the profession in 2010 to pursue a career in comedy.
