Kate Williams

Kate Williams is an accomplished author, journalist, and historian. She is the author of several books, including The People’s King: The True Story of the Abdication, which was shortlisted for the British Book Awards. She has written for The Guardian, The Times, and The New York Times, and has appeared on BBC Radio 4 and Sky News. She is a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society and a Visiting Professor at the University of Oxford. Her research focuses on the history of the British monarchy and the impact of the media on public opinion. She is passionate about bringing history to life and inspiring people to think critically about the past.
