Tim Spector
Tim Spector is a British genetic epidemiologist and professor of genetic epidemiology at King's College London. He is the founder and director of the TwinsUK Registry, the world's largest adult twin registry. He is also the author of several books, including The Diet Myth and The Genes Environment Diet. Spector has been researching the effects of diet and lifestyle on health for over 25 years, and his research has been featured in The New York Times, The Guardian, and The Times. He is a passionate advocate for the use of genetic testing to improve health and nutrition, and has been a keynote speaker at numerous conferences and events. He is also a regular contributor to BBC Radio 4 and the BBC World Service.
