Tara Schuster is an American television executive and producer. She is currently the Head of Late Night Programming at Netflix. Prior to joining Netflix, Schuster was the Executive Vice President of Comedy Development at 20th Century Fox Television. She has also held executive positions at ABC Entertainment and NBC Entertainment. Schuster has produced and developed numerous hit television shows, including The Mindy Project, New Girl, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and has been recognized for her work in the entertainment industry. Schuster is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
