Diane Tavenner

Diane Tavenner is an American entrepreneur and education reformer. She is the founder and CEO of Summit Public Schools, a network of public charter schools in California and Washington. She is also the co-founder of the Summit Learning Program, a personalized learning platform used in over 1,000 schools across the United States. Tavenner has been recognized for her work in education reform, receiving the National Education Association’s Friend of Education Award in 2017. She is a frequent speaker at education conferences and has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The Atlantic.
