Angeline Boulley
Angeline Boulley is an award-winning author, attorney, and advocate for Native American rights. She is a member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians and is the first Native American woman to be appointed as a federal prosecutor. Boulley is the author of the critically acclaimed young adult novel, Firekeeper's Daughter, which was named one of the best books of 2021 by the New York Times. She is a passionate advocate for Native American rights and has worked to ensure that Native American voices are heard in the legal system.
