Louisa Reid is a British entrepreneur and investor. She is the co-founder of the venture capital firm, LocalGlobe, and the founder of the early-stage venture capital fund, Makers Fund. She is also the co-founder of the startup accelerator, Entrepreneur First. Reid has invested in a number of successful startups, including Citymapper, Improbable, and Zoopla. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs build successful businesses and has been a mentor to many. Reid is a strong advocate for diversity in the tech industry and is a board member of the charity, Code First: Girls. She is also a member of the advisory board of the British Business Bank.
