Christelle Dabos is a French author best known for her fantasy novel series, The Mirror Visitor Quartet. She was born in 1985 and grew up in the French countryside. She studied literature and art history at the University of Paris-Sorbonne. Her debut novel, The Winter of the Mariner, was published in 2012 and was an instant success. It was followed by The Cities of the Plain in 2013, The Archers of the Cliff in 2014, and The Ways of the Wind in 2015. Her books have been translated into multiple languages and have been praised for their unique world-building and captivating characters. Dabos has won numerous awards for her work, including the Prix Imaginales for Best Novel in 2014. She currently lives in Paris with her husband and two children.
