Michael Pollan
Michael Pollan is an American author, journalist, and professor of journalism at UC Berkeley. He is best known for his books on food and agriculture, including The Omnivore's Dilemma, In Defense of Food, and The Botany of Desire. Pollan has been a strong advocate for sustainable agriculture and food production, and has been a vocal critic of the industrial food system.
