David Lindo is a British naturalist, author, and broadcaster. He is best known for his work as a presenter on the BBC's The Urban Birder series. He is also the founder of the Urban Birder movement, which encourages people to connect with nature in their local environment. He is a passionate advocate for the conservation of birds and their habitats, and has written several books on the subject. He is a regular contributor to BBC Radio 4's Nature Table and has appeared on numerous television programmes. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Trustee of the RSPB. He is also a patron of the British Trust for Ornithology.
