Ridley Pearson is an American author of suspense and thriller novels. He is best known for his series of crime novels featuring Detective Lou Boldt and his partner, John LaMoia. Pearson has also written several standalone novels, as well as a series of young adult novels. He has co-authored books with Dave Barry and has written several books in the Peter and the Starcatchers series. Pearson has also written several original screenplays and has been nominated for an Edgar Award. He is a New York Times bestselling author and has been honored with the Raymond Chandler Award for Excellence in Crime Writing.
