Satya Nadella

Satya Nadella is an Indian-American business executive and the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Microsoft. He was appointed as CEO in 2014, becoming the third CEO in the company's history. Prior to his current role, Nadella held various roles at Microsoft, including Executive Vice President of Microsoft's Cloud and Enterprise Group, and Vice President of the Online Services Division. Nadella was born in Hyderabad, India, and studied electrical engineering at Manipal Institute of Technology. He then went on to pursue a master's degree in computer science at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Nadella has been credited with transforming Microsoft from a struggling tech giant to a thriving cloud-based business. He has focused on developing innovative products and services, such as the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, and has also been instrumental in the company's acquisition of LinkedIn and GitHub. Nadella is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the tech industry, and has been recognized for his efforts to promote gender equality in the workplace. He is also a philanthropist, and has donated millions of dollars to various charities and causes.
