Gene Sperling

Gene Sperling is an American economist and policy advisor who has served in the administrations of Presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama. He is currently the President of the Economic Security Project, a non-profit organization that works to ensure that all Americans have access to economic security. Sperling has a long history of public service, having served as the Director of the National Economic Council under both Clinton and Obama. In this role, he was responsible for coordinating economic policy across the federal government, and he was a key advisor to both presidents on economic issues.
