Ann Francke

Ann Francke is a British business leader and author. She is the Chief Executive of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the professional body for managers and leaders in the UK. She is also the author of the book ‘The Future of Leadership: Rise of Automation, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence’. Ann has a wealth of experience in the business world, having held senior positions in a number of organisations, including the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), the Institute of Directors (IoD) and the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC). She has also served as a non-executive director on the boards of several companies. Ann is a passionate advocate for the development of leadership skills and the importance of good management. She has spoken at numerous conferences and events, and has written extensively on the subject. She is also a regular contributor to the BBC and other media outlets. Ann is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Centre for Leadership Studies at Exeter University. Ann is a passionate believer in the power of education and the importance of lifelong learning.
