Madeline Miller

Madeline Miller is an American novelist and poet. She is best known for her award-winning novel, The Song of Achilles, which was published in 2011. The novel is a retelling of the ancient Greek myth of Achilles and Patroclus. Miller has also written Circe, a retelling of the story of the Greek goddess Circe, which was published in 2018. Her writing is known for its lyrical prose and vivid imagery. Miller has been praised for her ability to bring the ancient myths to life in a modern context. She has won numerous awards for her work, including the Orange Prize for Fiction and the Walter Scott Prize for Historical Fiction. Miller currently lives in Massachusetts and continues to write novels and poetry.
