Philippa Perry
Philippa Perry is a British psychotherapist, author, broadcaster, and lecturer. She is best known for her books The Book You Wish Your Parents Had Read and How to Stay Sane, which have been translated into multiple languages. Perry has written for publications such as The Guardian, The Observer, and The Times. She has also appeared on television and radio programs such as BBC Radio 4's All in the Mind and BBC2's The School That Got Teens Talking. Perry is a Fellow of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. She is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness and has been a keynote speaker at events such as the Hay Festival and the Edinburgh International Book Festival.
